Jobless? 😏

Year -2022, Generation Alpha (2010 to 2024) spend much effort to aim their goals to work in a legal job. 

Competition of answer and questions, resume layouts and impressive profiles in HR is required. But what will you do if you are still jobless in almost 2years? 😏

Will you still pursue your dreams or not?

Here are the traits to remember as a Generation Alpha employee 😏:

1. Fix your eyes. Where will you fix your eyes? Into your dreams! Think about the tuition fees 😢 from your parents that they gain from their work😠. The times you spend with your friends. The laughs and jokes? Your crushes? Childhood friends? Just think about them. 😢

2. Calm and be prophetic. 😏

Be prophetic in your own life 😏. Always be ready for everything! Always think positive in every interview. (a) mistakes are okay and normal, (b) be gracious to yourself (c) and most all do not compare yourself to other. 

3. Practice Discipline 😏. On my first job, I discipline myself as a good employee! 

4. Expect the expected. Expect the expected promotion!

Always work hard and do your best. Do not settle for less. 

5. Stop complaining. 😏

6. Do not compromise!

7. Cooperation with the boss is the key. 

These are my small advices of rapid promotion.
